Automatic central lubrication for metal processing

Maximum efficiency and less downtime for your production!
With modern automatic central lubrication systems ensure consistent lubrication, lower maintenance costs and a long service life for your machines - ideal for all companies in the metal industry.

Your advantages

  • Continuous lubrication – all lubrication points are supplied automatically.
  • Lower wear – less friction, longer component life.
  • Minimum downtimes – higher machine availability.
  • Cost efficiency – lower lubricant consumption & maintenance costs.
  • Sustainability – resource-saving & environmentally friendly.

Regulations and what they mean

On a machine tool the lubrication points are small, numerous and hard to reach: linear guides, ball screws, spindle bearings, turrets. Exactly this profile makes automatic central lubrication the rule here, not the exception.

Why the requirement profile fits central lubrication
Machine characteristicConsequence
many points with small demandindividual greasing would be disproportionate; metering in hundredths of a cm³ per cycle
motion during operationlubrication must run while the axis moves — not at standstill
enclosed working areathe points are unreachable during operation
metalworking fluid nearbymetered delivery limits tramp-oil input
accuracy requirementan even film prevents stick-slip in the guide

Stick-slip is the real argument

At very slow feeds a guide can judder when the film breaks in places: static friction builds force, sliding friction releases it abruptly — visible as chatter marks on the surface. Frequent small doses keep the film continuous; one large dose at long intervals does not. What matters is therefore the allocation per point, solved by progressive dividers, single-line systems or a multi-outlet pump.

A system that fails silently is noticed on a machine tool only when the guide has play. A pressure switch proves pressure build-up, a cycle sensor the actual indexing of the divider — only that makes it monitored lubrication.
