2. Purposes, legal basis & storage period
- Provision of website/server logs (IP address, date/time, referrer, user agent). Legal basis: Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR (legitimate interest in stable, secure provision). deletion usually after 30 days at the latest.
- Contact inquiries via form, email or telephone (content data, contact details, metadata). Legal basis: Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b (contract/initiation) and letter f GDPR. storage until the request is completed; Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
- Fulfillment of contractual obligations (e.g. quotation creation, delivery, support). Legal basis: Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR. storage in accordance with commercial/tax deadlines.

4. Web analytics and usage behaviour (Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics)
We use Microsoft Clarity, a service of Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Clarity records usage behaviour on our website – such as mouse movements, clicks and scrolling – and creates session recordings and heatmaps from it, which we use to improve the usability of our website. In addition we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, for statistical analysis of website usage.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in analysing and improving our website). Data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are in place with both providers. You can object to the processing at any time with effect for the future by blocking cookies in your browser settings or by contacting us using the details given in the legal notice.
5. Integrated content & fonts
Fonts are integrated locally. They are not retrieved from Google servers, so no data is transferred to Google for this purpose. External content (e.g. videos, maps) will only be loaded with your active consent.
6. Hosting & commissioned data processing
This website is hosted by a service provider based in the EU. A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
7. Recipients of data
Only authorized bodies within the group of companies have access. External recipients can be IT service providers, hosting providers and – if necessary – logistics/shipping and consulting companies.
8. Third country transfers
In the context of the analytics services described in section 4, data may be transferred to Microsoft or Google in the USA; both providers are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Beyond that, there is in principle no transfer to third countries. If it is necessary in individual cases, it will only take place under the conditions of Article 44 ff. GDPR (e.g. EU standard contractual clauses).
