The PICCOLA is a compact, electrically driven pump for automatic single-line oil lubrication. It supplies several lubrication points from one central unit, replacing fault-prone manual oiling with regular, metered delivery. With its transparent reservoir, the fill level is always visible, and the pump integrates easily into small and medium-sized machines. Combined with the right metering devices, the PICCOLA forms a complete single-line lubrication system that keeps guides, bearings and spindles reliably supplied. The PICCOLA is available in two system configurations. In the System 01 variant, lubricant is distributed through metering devices to the individual points. In the 33V variant, up to 12 metering valves of type 33V (delivery 0.03–0.50) divide the oil precisely across the network — ideal where several points need different, exactly defined quantities. Both variants run on mineral oils and follow a simple operating rhythm with defined work and rest times. Reservoirs are available in 1 l and 3 l, both transparent for at-a-glance level checking. The metering side is configured to the machine — from a handful of points in System 01 to up to twelve 33V valves — so the same compact pump scales from a single sub-assembly to a small machine network. Routine care is essentially limited to refilling and occasional checks. Thanks to its compact size and modest power requirements, it integrates easily into existing small and medium machines, making it a low-effort step up from manual oiling to automatic, monitored single-line lubrication.
