Daily
- Check fill level, keep refill points clean
- Visually check for leaks/unusual noises
- Check HMI/PLC messages
Weekly
- Check pressure/stroke values and trends
- Check hoses/lines/fittings for damage
- Check filter display and ventilation
Monthly
- Check dosage quantities randomly
- Adjust intervals if necessary (load/temperature)
- Check lubricant quality (viscosity/contamination).
