VIP4Tools is DropsA's modular system for air/oil and dry machining: a control unit with reservoir, one individually adjustable outlet per lubrication point, plus nozzles, spray forks and tubing. The installation is not sized so much as configured — the number of points and the reservoir size determine the unit.

Configuration in four steps
DropsA carries a separate part number for every combination of point count and reservoir size: 3135091 to 3135098 for the 1-litre reservoir with 1 to 8 points, 3135111 to 3135118 for the 3-litre version. The number rises with the number of outlets, so the right variant can be read off directly.
Control is chosen separately: a pneumatic timer of 1 second to 1 minute (3132572) works independently of any electrics, while the solenoid valves in 24 V DC (3132574) and 110 V DC (3132575) tie the system to the machine controller. Coupling lubrication to the machining cycle requires the electrical variant.
For delivery there are magnetic-base nozzles at 180 mm (3132583) and 400 mm (3132714), and spray forks at 32 mm (1524486) and 48 mm (1524487). The spray fork straddles the tool from both sides and is the choice for sawing and forming; the single nozzle for milling.
0–30 mm³ per outlet — why that has to be individually adjustable
A tool with a large chip volume needs more oil than a guideway. If the dose were set jointly for all outlets it would have to follow the largest demand — with the result that every other point is over-supplied and oil mists into the shop. Separate adjustment per outlet is therefore not a convenience feature but the precondition for MQL staying clean.
